  • If there is more then one resolved issue then the fees for the subscription service will not be refundable.
  • For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when one of the following conditions meet:
  • The issue might be out of scope for the dedicated plan.
  • If 30 days have passed after the issue was last handled by our hp printer support technician.
  • Or you might be having all the prerequisites which were required to troubleshoot the issue and the issue was not resolved until the time account was active.
